FAQ's

In terms of definitions, classes, and safety, Article 2 contains 71 definitions and MDD only contained 14. Likewise, in MDD 93/42 were 4 classes and MDR-2017 there are 4 classes. On the other hand, the word safety appears 290 times in the MDR and only 40 times in MDD.
The SA8000 system is now open for new Pakistan based applicants for the first-time since November, 2012.
The main difference between 2008 and 2015 revision of ISO 9001 is adoption of risk-based thinking and requirement to determine context of the organization. Beside that, the new version of the standard excludes requirements for preventive actions, quality manual, management representative and so on.
